The collection of wind energy can be done on a global basis. However, wind is intermittent. Storing the excess power of wind will allow wind generators to sell power when the wind does not blow.
Solar energy is collected in an 8 to 9 hour time span. It can be affected by weather events and during times of darkness no energy is generated. Using solar energy storage in OPS storage system will expand the window Solar operators can sell energy. Excess power can be stored for when it is needed.
Combining solar and wind energy with the Ore Power System can improve the return of investment for renewable energy investors. The large benefit is there is no risk of fire or explosion and 100% of the materials in the system are available in the US from domestic suppliers
